Pretty much has changed for the druid kity since I wrote this article, but for crit you can always use an agility enchant (available for weapons, gloves and feet if I recall correctly).

You can gem for both crit and hit, and there is also a food called Spicy Talbuk steak that gives +20 Hit Rating.

Sadly, I am really bad at pvp so I don’t have any other suggestions to help you out with this :-(
